Javier García Navarro is a business development professional with extensive experience in public sector and healthcare consulting. Javier served as the Director of Information Systems at the Fundación Tripartita for training in employment, leading a significant transformation to online services in the public sector. Currently, they are the Founder of 4mhz.es, a studio dedicated to retro video game development, while also holding various managerial roles in different companies focused on administration, healthcare, and education projects. Javier earned a Technical Engineering degree in Computer Science from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.
