Philip Radford currently serves as the CTO and Board Member, as well as Head of Innovation & Engineering at PrOXisense since May 2023. Previously, Philip held prominent roles at Welbilt Inc., overseeing new product development and innovation as Senior Vice President and leading the Merrychef and Inducs brands as Vice President and Managing Director. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Manitowoc Foodservice, where Philip managed the Merrychef brand, and a tenure as Director of Engineering at Merrychef. Earlier in Philip's career, roles included NPI Manager at Runfold Medical Limited and Project Engineer at Becton, Dickinson and Company. Philip Radford earned an MBA from the University of Southampton and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter.
