Xavier Geldof has over two decades of extensive experience in IT and digital leadership, currently serving as the IT and Digital Lead at Proximus since February 2011. Prior to this role, Xavier held various positions at Belgacom/Proximus, including Senior Manager, and worked as a Senior Project Manager at IBM. Xavier's early career included significant contributions at Proximus as a Project Manager and Senior Analyst in mobile and roaming, leading a national team for the rollout of a new 3GPP R4 mobile network. Additionally, Xavier was a Business Engineer, a teacher of ICT and Telecommunication, and a Junior Project Leader in instrumentation and control engineering at Cytec Solvay Group. Xavier holds a degree from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven' in Gent.
