Koen Dewaele has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Safety Manager CUO and Engineering and Acquisition Team Manager at Proximus since January 2011, where leadership encompasses a team of 20 in engineering and acquiring tasks for both fixed and mobile networks, including fiber and copper roll-outs. Prior roles at Proximus from 2008 to 2010 included SIC Engineer and Project Manager for Design & Construction, focusing on the deployment of GSM/UMTS sites and financial oversight. Koen Dewaele's earlier experience at Telindus from 1999 to 2007 involved project management for Mobistar site deployment projects and coordinated operations for Motorola installations. Koen Dewaele holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management and a Preventie Adviseur NIV 2 certification.
