Jagan Prasad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software testing and management. Currently serving as a Senior Test Lead/Manager at Proximus since December 2020, Jagan oversees various testing processes, including system integration and user acceptance testing while facilitating Agile methodologies. As the Managing Director and Business Owner at SLN IT Consulting & Services since June 2018, Jagan combines leadership with hands-on testing expertise, having previously held roles including Test Manager at AG Insurance and Senior Test Coordinator at AlphaCredit. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications from Erasmushogeschool Brussel, a Master's degree in International Management, Business, and Trade Law from LUCA School of Arts, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Andhra University.
