Jean-Pierre Boschmans has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Chapter Leader and Manager of Unified Communication at Proximus Luxembourg since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jean-Pierre was the Head of Telephony, Call Center & Video Services at Innovative Solutions For Finance from December 2013 to January 2020, which involved a detachment at Telindus ICT Luxembourg under the Belgacom Group. Earlier positions include Head of Telephony, Call Center & Video Services and Architect Call Center at Dexia Technology Services from September 2006 to November 2013, as well as roles at Dexia and Credit Communal focusing on monitoring tools and network management. Jean-Pierre's career began at Belgacom, contributing to the introduction and management of televoting platforms.
