Jacques Bonnaire is an experienced professional in operational excellence and agile coaching, currently serving as Team Leader and Agile Coach at Proximus Luxembourg since September 2017. Previously, Jacques co-founded IT-Pulse Consulting, focusing on enterprise hybrid clouds, and held various leadership roles at Compuware from 2004 to 2015, including Regional Director for Customer Success across EMEA and APAC. Additional experience includes positions at Nokia, International Network Services, and 3Com, with a strong background in presales, project management, and consulting. Jacques holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Business and Computer Science, as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Operational Research.
