Matt Kraft is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Proxima since March 2024, Matt previously held the position of Director for Global Procurement at LSG Group, overseeing organizational strategy and enhancing procurement capabilities from August 2014 to February 2024. Prior to LSG Group, Matt worked at Accenture, where various roles included leading HR and Professional Services sourcing efforts across Europe and Asia, along with managing delivery for large multinational clients. With earlier experience at Dresdner Bank, Sprint PCS, and military service in the United States Army, Matt possesses a diverse background that complements an educational foundation comprising a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University and a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma from George Group.
