Devika Thapar is a Co-Founder and COO at Wilbe, contributing to creating a community for scientist leaders since April 2020. In addition to this role, Devika is part of the founding team and an investor for several innovative companies, including Proxima Fusion, focused on developing fusion power plants, and Milvus Advanced, aimed at redefining protein expression. Devika also serves as a board member for Collette and has held advisory positions with STEM From Dance. Previously, Devika had a significant tenure at IBM, where leadership roles encompassed Senior Product Manager, Program Director, and Chief of Staff within the Watson division. Devika's academic credentials include an MBA from Yale University and a BA in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
