Carrie Cummings is an experienced Emotional Health Educator at Provo Canyon Behavioral Hospital, specializing in mindfulness and emotional health education for patients in the Women's and Adolescent units. As the Owner and Coach of Ray of Light Mentoring, Carrie has developed extensive expertise in mentoring individuals to enhance their emotional health through various techniques, including IPT facilitation and intuitive life coaching.
