Prior to this role, Russ worked as a Financial Advisor at Ambassador Advisors, LLC from July 2019 to January 2021, assisting a diverse clientele with financial planning and investment management. As the Owner of RJC Capital, LLC from September 2013 to July 2019, Russ founded a financial consulting business tailored to meet the needs of entrepreneurs and business owners. Earlier in the career, Russ held various leadership positions in Relationship Management for High Net Worth and Institutional Asset Management at Vanguard from 1996 to 2013.
