April Szablewski is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in payroll and HR management. Currently serving as Payroll and Human Resources Lead at ProviNET Solutions since July 2016, April oversees HR service delivery, employee on-boarding, compliance background investigations, payroll management, and development of policies. Previous roles include Human Resources at Hadady Corporation from October 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities encompassed applicant tracking, payroll processing, benefits management, and employee orientation. Prior to that, April held the position of Human Resources Manager at Best Built Fabricating Co. from June 1998 to July 2010, focusing on payroll administration, benefit management, and employee communications. April is an alumnus of Purdue University Northwest.
