Baptist Vlaeminck is an experienced project manager currently leading the Life Pact initiative at stad Leuven since October 2021. Previously, Baptist has been with Provincie Vlaams-Brabant since January 2011, serving as a bestuurssecretaris for research and planning in tourism and temporarily assuming the role of diensthoofd for tourism, where responsibilities included managing a team of 30 and overseeing various tourism projects. Past positions also include roles in market research and data analysis at Toerisme Limburg vzw and customer service in the hospitality industry at Hotel De'Medici and Begijnhof Congres Hotel. Baptist holds two master's degrees in Tourism from KU Leuven and a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende.
