Jeroen Van Rijbroek is an experienced ICT professional with a Master's Degree in ICT from the University of Amsterdam. Since January 2017, Jeroen has held multiple roles at Provincie Noord-Holland, including Strategisch ICT Adviseur, Senior Information Technology Consultant, Programmamanager Cloud computing, and Senior ICT & Informatisering Adviseur. Previously, Jeroen served as a Senior Information Manager & Architect at Gemeente De Bilt from July 2010 to December 2016, and as Manager ICT at the city of Amsterdam SDZO from January 2000 to April 2009, overseeing both Information Management and ICT services. Earlier career highlights include positions as Manager System & Network Engineering and Information Advisor/Manager ICT at the city of Leiden, as well as several short-term consulting roles in ICT from 1993 to 1995.
