Frans B. is an experienced professional in project management and organizational change with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an OR member and senior project manager at Provincie Noord-Holland since August 2018, Frans has previously held key positions at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland as Head of Population Care and at Gemeente Haarlemmermeer, where significant contributions included leading change management initiatives towards LEAN practices and Smart City development, as well as enhancing youth care services.
