Carlo van Zwol has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a programma en projectmanager at Provincie Noord-Holland since October 2019. As a (mental) trainer, coach, and teamcoach with C-kwadraat-M since January 2009, Carlo specializes in mental coaching, team building, personal development, and achieving goals. Previous roles include project manager at Koninklijke Marine from August 2018 to October 2019, and various managerial positions at PWN from January 2003 to July 2018, overseeing facilities management, marketing, communication, and customer service operations. Carlo held significant leadership roles at WRK from April 1993 to January 2003, managing production and maintenance organizations, and earlier served as an officer and mechanical engineer in the Royal Netherlands Navy from 1985 to 1993. Academic background includes education from Delft University of Technology, NCOI, and various coaching certification programs in transaction analysis and NLP.
