Annemiek Smelting is a seasoned communication professional currently serving as a Strategic Communication Advisor and spokesperson at Provincie Noord-Holland since January 2022. Prior roles include positions at Omnicom PR Group NL, where Annemiek advanced from Junior Client Executive to Client Advisor between October 2018 and December 2021, as well as a Trainee in Public Affairs at UWV from November 2017 to October 2018. Annemiek gained valuable experience through an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in early 2016.
