Hughes Congleton is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Senior Associate at Province Firm since December 2023. Previously, Hughes worked as an Associate at Pandion Mine Finance Fund LP from January 2020 to March 2022, and completed an investment analyst internship at Utah Retirement Systems in 2019. Hughes also has experience as a Graduate Mining Engineer at Rio Tinto and as an Operations Associate Intern at Peabody Energy. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Kentucky, Hughes holds a Master of Science in Finance from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. A notable personal achievement includes completing a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail in 2022.
