Andrei Pirvu has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Customer Retention and Product Development Manager at Provident Financial Romania since July 2016. In this role, Andrei focuses on customer retention strategy, product development for lending, and innovation in value-added services. Previous positions at Provident include Head of Innovation and Head of Product Development, where Andrei contributed to business growth and product portfolio management for home credit. Prior experience includes roles such as Loans Manager and Senior Product Manager at Bancpost, where Andrei developed commercial strategies and managed unsecured consumer loans. Andrei also held positions as Product Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Bancpost, specializing in co-branded credit cards and credit cards, respectively, alongside early career roles in product analysis and telemarketing coordination at BRD. Andrei holds a Bachelor's degree in Company Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
