Mohamed Hares is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at a confidential company since June 2023, Mohamed oversees financial operations, strategy, and performance optimization. Previously, Mohamed held similar roles at J.S. Lootah Group, managing financial and cost control for a mid-sized F&B firm, and leading the finance and administration division for AlFarooj Fresh and other brands. Mohamed began a successful career at Americana Restaurants, holding various positions from FP&A Accountant to Financial Planning and Analysis Director, contributing to the management of nearly 2,000 restaurants across multiple markets. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University and completion of CFA at The George Washington University.
