Bronislava W. has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Head of Legal and Compliance at Provident Financial s.r.o. since February 2019, Bronislava has previously held the position of Head of Legal & Compliance at Broker Trust from November 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing legal matters and coordinating with external legal firms. Prior to that, Bronislava was Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at OVB Allfinanz from June 2009 to October 2015, overseeing all legal issues and compliance mechanisms. Bronislava's career began at ING Bank Česká republika as a Retail Banking Lawyer and included a brief tenure as a lawyer at DB Schenker. Bronislava holds a Master's degree in Laws (LLM) and a JUDr. degree in law from Charles University, complemented by CEMI MBA studies completed in 2021.
