Trudi Stewart-Ogle has extensive experience in service delivery and customer service management within the financial sector. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager for mortgage collections and recoveries at Yorkshire Building Society since July 2019, Trudi has also held the position of Contact Center Manager at Provident Financial Group, overseeing operations for Provident, Satsuma, and glo since June 2015. Prior to these roles, Trudi worked at HSBC from 2000 to 2014 as a Customer Service Manager, developing a strong foundation in customer care and operational management.
