Kristina George has extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities and education, currently serving as the Director of Quality Enhancement at Providence Center, Inc. since October 2016, previously holding the roles of Quality Assurance Manager and Case Manager, where responsibilities included individual goal planning and direct care for adults with developmental disabilities. Prior to this, Kristina worked as a Program Aide at Kennedy Krieger Institute and held various positions at SCARC Sussex County Arc, including Manager and Therapeutic Support Staff at Regional Behavioral Consultants, focusing on behavior modification for children with mental health diagnoses. Additionally, Kristina has experience in early childhood education as a Pre-K Teacher/Health and Safety Coordinator at KinderCare. Kristina holds an M.S. in Rehabilitative Sciences from PennWest Clarion and a B.A. in Psychology from Thiel College.
