Arthi Sridharan is a deputy general counsel based in the New York office, where she focuses on legal and compliance matters. She is a member of the firm's D&I committee and the Providence Women's Roundtable. Prior to joining Providence in 2018, Ms. Sridharan was an associate at the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell. She holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Science in applied economics and management from Cornell University.
