Tricia Dominik is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in geriatric psychiatry and home health care. Currently serving as a Geriatric Psychiatry Outreach Case Manager at Providence Care since July 2007, Tricia provides comprehensive assessments for the geriatric population, including cognitive testing and health education for families and patients. Prior to this role, Tricia worked as a Supervisor at ParaMed Home Health Care, where responsibilities included hiring and orienting new personal support workers and establishing care plans for home care. Tricia's earlier experience includes serving as a Visiting Nurse at Comcare Health Services, handling complex cases such as ventilator-dependent patients and caring for critically ill infants. Tricia holds educational qualifications from St. Lawrence College, completing studies between 1989 and 1992, and has roots in Ernestown Secondary School.
