Massimo Lagioia has over 20 years of experience in talent engagement and IT recruitment. Since December 2007, Massimo has served as Director at Provide, specializing in technology recruitment and achieving tangible results. Prior to this role, Massimo worked as a Senior Consultant at Veritas IT from 2002 to 2007, contributing to one of the UK's leading IT recruitment firms, which achieved annual revenues nearing £20 million. Massimo started the career as a Sales Consultant at Britex in Milan, selling financial products to expatriates from 2001 to 2002. Educational qualifications include attendance at Lord Grey from 1984 to 1992.
