Nick Carbone is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Product Design & Creative at Prove since October 2019. In this role, Nick directs a team of in-house professionals and collaborates with external agencies to align creative and product design initiatives with organizational goals and brand standards. Previous positions at Prove include Creative Manager & Lead Designer, where Nick led a complete company rebranding, and Senior User Experience Designer, where substantial marketing campaigns resulted in a 238% increase in client acquisition and web traffic. Prior to Prove, Nick held roles as User Experience Designer at NJ Infrastructure Bank and Product Designer at Impact Six. Nick's educational background includes studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology and Montclair State University.
