Eleanor Dearing has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eleanor is currently the Head of Partners and Alliances at Provar Testing since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Provar Testing from July 2022 to February 2023.

From 2013 to 2022, Eleanor held roles at makepositive, starting as a Services Engagement Manager from September 2013 to September 2015. Eleanor then became the Head of Managed Services from September 2015 to July 2022.

Eleanor'smost recent certification is in Oxford Cyber Security for Business Leaders, which they obtained in December 2021 from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
