Sristi Srivastava possesses a diverse background in human resources, having served as an HRBP at Provana and as a Human Resources Generalist at Globe Solutions. Previously, Sristi held the position of Management Trainee at Raj Hospitals. Additionally, Sristi conducted a comparative analysis of investment intermediaries while working with Kotak Securities Limited, affiliated with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. Sristi obtained a Master of Business Administration in HR and Marketing from ICFAI University Jharkhand between 2017 and 2019.
