Aaron Pava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and public service innovation. As Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer at CivicActions, Inc. since June 2004, Aaron has focused on enhancing government services through technology and design. In addition, Aaron co-founded the Digital Services Coalition in August 2018, fostering collaboration among companies committed to advancing government digital strategies. Aaron serves on the Board of Directors for ProudCity and the AGL Association, which promotes Agile Government Leadership. Previous roles include Executive Director at Technologists for the Public Good and a Procurement Strategist with the United States Digital Service at The White House. Aaron’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Sonoma State University.
