Chris Busche, MS, is a seasoned professional in the field of recruitment, specializing in the Clinical Research and Life Sciences industries. With a career spanning over two decades, Chris has held various senior roles, including Senior Clinical Recruiter at ProTrials Research since November 2015 and Senior Recruiter at Chiltern from February 2013 to October 2015. Previous positions include Recruiter at CTDI, Executive Recruiter Lead at Junto HLS, and a series of roles at ICON Clinical Research, culminating as Contract Human Resource Director. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, both from Cabrini University.
