Jay Little is an experienced training professional with a significant background in leadership and soft skills development. Since February 2011, Jay has served as a Training Contractor at DAI, focusing on training government managers and staff in various areas including leadership, customer service, and conflict resolution. Additionally, Jay has held the position of Training Specialist at ProTrain, LLC since August 2016, conducting both in-class and virtual training. As a Senior Corporate Trainer at ICON plc since August 2013, Jay specializes in leadership training for managers, covering topics such as communication skills and team management. Previous experience includes roles at Covance and Fairfax County Government, where Jay coordinated and facilitated diverse training programs. Jay holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Southeastern and a BA in Political Science from Radford University.
