Previously, Jessica was the People Operations Manager at Koneksa, focusing on agile HR practices and compliance with labor regulations globally. Jessica's extensive experience in HR includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at A-TEK, Inc., where strategic HR initiatives were executed, as well as positions at Simply Wireless, Inc., Mohawk Industries, and Pittsylvania County, enhancing expertise in HR management, employee relations, and compliance. Jessica holds an MBA and a BS in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Averett University.
