Irina Nikiforuk has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Irina started their career in 2015 at IMS Health as an L1 Support Specialist, where they provided customer support, solved problems with CRM systems, and created user guides. Irina then worked as an Intern and participated in a training program at Укртелеком, focusing on information security. Following that, they joined CallWay Ukraine as an L1 Support Specialist, providing support to clients. In 2016, they joined MMD Smart as a NOC Engineer, interacting with customers and troubleshooting message traffic issues. Irina later became a Routing Specialist, responsible for managing and troubleshooting routing tasks. In 2019, Irina joined White Rhino, Inc. as a VoIP Technical Account Manager, monitoring ASR and ACD values and interconnecting different VoIP vendors. Irina then worked at CLICKLOGIQ as a Telecom Account Manager, and at Logiq Labs as a VoIP Operation Account Manager. In 2022, they joined CreoLogiq as a Digital Adoption Specialist and later took on the role of VoIP Tech Operation Account Manager. Currently, they are employed as a Project Manager at Protonix Technology. Irina has gained extensive experience in customer support, project management, account management, and technical operations throughout their career.
Irina Nikiforuk earned a Master's degree in the field of Security of Information and Telecommunication Systems from the National Aviation University. Irina attended the university from 2010 to 2015.
