Mr. Simon is responsible for creating advanced rules and algorithms to support ProtoLytic's decision support system. Prior to his current position, Chadd had a similar role with Medical Pay Review, which was acquired by ProtoLytic in 2018. Earlier in his career, Chadd was assistant and then Controller for a subsidiary of Aramark, the Fortune 200 dining services company that manages 5,400 business locations in 19 countries.

Prior to that position, he managed the accounts receivables, payables and collections departments for a large healthcare services company. After college, Mr. Simon was the fixed asset accountant for OSI HoldCo, Inc. (a subsidiary of Bloomin' Brands, Inc.), which owns and operates over 1,400 Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Flemings and other restaurants across the United States.

Chadd completed his MBA from the University of Oregon and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida.
