Anastasiia Osypova has a diverse work experience ranging from assistant roles to management positions. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Assistant to Finance Director at Mary Kay Inc. Anastasiia then served as a C&B Projects Coordinator at Leroy Merlin from 2011 to 2014, where they developed and implemented total rewards policies and procedures. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at 1+1 media as a Senior C&B Specialist, focusing on grading structure development and implementation. At Sushiya, they held the position of Deputy Director of Human Resources from 2016 to 2017, managing various strategies and initiatives. Anastasiia then transitioned to Imperial Tobacco as a Compensation and Benefits Manager, participating in the development and implementation of a performance appraisal system and compensation policies. Afterwards, they joined Innovecs as the Head of People, Engagement & Culture Department, managing the HR department's strategy, budget, and people. Additionally, they served as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager at Innovecs. At Consult Business Partner, they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Training specialist from 2016 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they were an HRD at Welltech, aligning HR department strategy with business strategy and leading a 19-person HR team. Currently, Anastasiia holds the position of Head of People and Talent at ProtoFire.io, where they are responsible for crafting talent acquisition strategies and building the company culture from scratch. Anastasiia also works as a career coach.

Anastasiia Osypova's education history begins with their attendance at First City Gymnasium from 1993 to 2003. Anastasiia then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Practical Psychology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in International Economy and Management from Ukrainian State University for Finance and International Trade from 2003 to 2008. Currently, Anastasiia is attending CoachingUP University for a Coach ICF program, which started in 2022 and is expected to end in 2023.
