Prior to Patterson Dental, Scott served as a Respiratory Care Specialist at Smiths Medical from January 2003 to January 2006, focusing on medical capital equipment sales and relationship building with healthcare professionals. Earlier, Scott owned and operated Hayes Handpiece Repair Company from February 2000 to November 2002, establishing a franchise that catered to dental practices in Tennessee and Mississippi.
