Robb Milley, PMP, currently serves as a Staff Technical Program Manager at Protillion Biosciences, having joined in December 2023. Previously, Robb worked as a Consultant at Katadin Technical Services, Inc. from July 2020 to February 2024, providing expertise in the development and manufacturing of life-science products. Additional experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Inscripta, Inc. focused on volume production of an automated Crispr system, and as Associate Director of Engineering at Illumina where Robb significantly increased capacity for microarray production. Robb also held positions as Director of Customer Service at TruMed Systems, Program Manager at D&K Engineering, Senior Manager at Illumina, Director of Engineering at Technicolor HES, and Product Manager for both CD and DVD product lines at First Light Technology and STEAG HamaTech, Inc. Robb's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine.
