Andorich Zarate Osorio is a Mechanical Design Engineer focused on Battery Platforms at Proterra Inc since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Powertrain Engineer at Spartan Racing Electric from February 2020 to July 2021, where electric systems were developed for vehicles, utilizing SolidWorks for optimization. Additional roles include a Student Assistant in the Engineering Department at Chabot College, managing various engineering labs and tutoring, and an internship as a Research Development Engineer at NASA Ames Research Center, where modular enclosures for plant growth on the International Space Station were designed and programmed using Python. Andorich earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University between 2019 and 2021.
