Ginger Woolridge is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Finance at Protera since April 2024, Ginger previously worked as a Strategic Finance Consultant and Director of Strategic Finance at Treasure Financial. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Growth at Lightyear, where management of a $1.0 million annual marketing budget and oversight of marketing analytics were key responsibilities. With a strong foundation in investment banking from Bank of America Merrill Lynch and experience in middle market leveraged buyouts at Oaktree Capital Management, Ginger has developed robust financial modeling and valuation skills. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University, complemented by studies at the University of Westminster and Institut Paul Bocuse. Additionally, involvement in South Bronx United as a Board Member and Coach demonstrates a commitment to community engagement.
