Marcus Burks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in access management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Protective Life since September 2023, Marcus previously held the position of Director of Access Management at Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. from June 2022 to September 2023. At City National Bank, Marcus was the VP of Access Governance and Operations Lead, managing a team of approximately 15 across Governance, Certification, and Privileged Access Management. Earlier in the career, Marcus served as Operations Manager V at BBVA in the USA, overseeing security operations and incident response teams.
