Jim Wagner serves as the Chief Distribution Officer for the Retirement Division at Protective Life since February 2017, further holding the position of Senior Vice President for Annuity Sales. Prior to this role, Jim Wagner was the Vice President and Managing Director at Protective Distributors from January 2015 to January 2017, and previously acted as VP, Head of Internal Sales at Protective Life from January 2011 to 2014. Jim Wagner also has significant experience from ING, where responsibilities included Sales Management from 2000 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
