Robin Pande has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career in the United States Army Reserve, serving as a Staff Sergeant from 1982 to 1991. After that, they worked as a 9-1-1 Communications Shift Coordinator at the Schaumburg Police Department from 1983 to 1994. Following this, they were a 9-1-1 Technology Solutions Application Specialist at HTE from 1994 to 1996. They then worked as a 9-1-1 Communications Coordinator at Oak Park Police Department from 1996 to 1998.

Moving forward, Robin worked as a Public Safety Technologies Systems Engineer at Lucent Technologies from 1998 to 2002. Subsequently, they joined New World Systems as a Senior Project Manager from 2002 to 2007.

Their most recent work experience has been with Protect-all, Inc. where they held multiple roles. They served as a Quality Assurance Manager from 2007 to 2022 and currently hold the position of Director of Quality and Process Improvement from January 2022.

Robin Pande has studied Economics and Accounting at McHenry County College and Lean Six Sigma at Gateway Technical College. In addition, Robin has obtained certifications in Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point, Lean Six Sigma, and SQF Practitioner from NSF International and Gateway Technical College.
