Rinat Davidovich is an experienced operations manager currently serving at proteanTecs since March 2021, following a role as Head of Operations at Polyrize until January 2021, where support was provided to the Executive Team during the acquisition by Varonis. Rinat was also a founding team member and handled general management at LOFT ליברה from October 2018 to January 2020, focusing on staff recruitment and development. Rinat's involvement with the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) Minnesota from September 2015 to August 2018 included serving as a board member and managing director, overseeing the Israeli committee. Prior experience includes directing services for survivors of human trafficking at Keshet, interning as legal counsel at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office, assisting in the Women's Legal Rights Law Department, and working as a school's social worker at Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality. Rinat holds a Master's degree in Law from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Haifa, along with certificates in leadership and management from the University of California, Berkeley.
