Mike Chen is an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Director at Protean Electric since April 2016, having previously held managerial roles at ½ÝÆÕ and led new product introduction and factory design initiatives. With a strong background in NPI management at Nokia Siemens Networks and project management at Motorola Solutions, Mike has successfully overseen new product qualifications and transfers. Earlier experience as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor focused on developing assembly processes and improving production quality. Mike holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tianjin University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
