Angela Angelovska-Wilson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the fintech and blockchain sectors. As a Co-Founder of Dlx Law since May 2018, Angela leads an innovative law firm tailored for a new economy, focusing on blockchain, smart contracts, and cryptocurrencies. Previously, Angela served as Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer at Sila until February 2023 and held the position of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Digital Asset Holdings LLC from August 2014 to May 2018. Earlier roles include Partner at Reed Smith LLP and Attorney/Counsel at Latham & Watkins, as well as Attorney positions at Fried Frank. Angela earned a Doctor of Law degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Taylor University.
