James Lee is an experienced IT professional and consultant with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Helpdesk Technician at Prosum since January 2010, James also provides consulting services as a self-employed professional since January 1990. Previously, James worked at Lockheed Martin Coherent Technologies from November 1998 to August 2004 as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst, providing support to over 3,000 users. Additionally, James held the position of Senior Desktop Support Technician at Lockheed Martin / ACS from 1998 to 2004. James pursued education at the University of Southern Indiana, earning a Master's degree in Martial Science & Physical Education between 2002 and 2004.
