Danielle Jones has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service, currently serving as a Patient Access Representative at Prosthetic & Orthotic Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Danielle worked for Children's Cardiology from October 2007 to June 2022 as a medical and office assistant, where responsibilities included insurance authorizations, eligibility checks, and various office and back office duties such as EKGs and stress tests. Earlier in their career, Danielle was a Customer Service Representative at State Farm Insurance from 1991 to 2002. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from California State University, Long Beach and an Associate degree in Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
