Mark Kripp joined JA Worldwide in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, based in the Boston office. Prior to JA Worldwide, Mark served as CFO and VP, Operations, of Oxfam America. He joined Oxfam America in 2005, where he was responsible for the effective stewardship of financial resources, managing investments, financial reporting, and guiding the budgeting and planning process. He also has extensive experience with managing technology projects to support growth and operational excellence.
Before Oxfam America, Mark held financial positions in corporations and in other development-focused organizations. In his early career, he worked in financial roles for AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, and Wang Laboratories. He subsequently held senior financial roles in public and private companies prior to entering the nonprofit industry.
Mark holds a BS in Economics and Finance with Honors from Bentley University and an MSc in Public Administration (Nonprofit Management) from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management. He has served on the Audit and Investment Committee of Partners in Health and is a past board member of the Grant Foundation/Hospital Albert Schweitzer, American Leprosy Missions, and Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter School.
