Gavin Toy FCPA, FCA, ICD.D currently serves as the President & CEO of Prospera Credit Union since January 2020. Previously, Gavin held the role of President & CEO at Westminster Savings Credit Union from March 2011 to December 2019, and served as SVP & Chief Financial Officer at the same organization prior to that. Earlier in Gavin's career, significant experience was gained at BCAA, where roles included SVP & Chief Operations Officer, VP Finance & Corporate Development, and Director of Finance & Corporate Controller from June 1995 to March 2011. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC, and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
